4. Minutes of Previous Meeting
    The minutes of the Nov 4, 2009 meeting had been posted on the web
    page.
    Bennet/Kelly: That the minutes of the Dec 9, 2010 meeting be adopted.

5. President’s Report
Vel asked for comments on issues of concern.
a) Don M. spoke on local seniors' issues.
b) Allison B. spoke on housing development issues, including the Braun development project. This will be followed up on.

6. Secretary-Treasurer’s Report
   Elaine reported on the Chapter’s bank balance at Oct 1, 2011: $204.92
   (plus the $5.00 membership in Westoba Credit Union).

7. ACER-CART
   Vaughn was away.

8. RTAM AGM
    This was held in Steinbach in May and was a success. Several new
    persons were elected to the provincial executive.

9. Other Issues
    a) Issues related to the provincial election were discussed.
    b) The provincial RTAM office has been relocated #113-3555 St. James St.,
        Winnipeg, MB.  The phone numbers remain the same.
    c) Kevin B. reported on The Pas Centennial plans for 2012.

10. Election of Officers
      The following were elected as officers for The Pas RTAM for 2011-12:
       President: Vel McAdam
       Vice-President: Wendy Gregoire
       Secretary-Treasurer: Elaine Bollman
       Vaughn Wadelius continues as Past President.

11. Next Meeting
     The next luncheon meeting would be December 13, 2011 at Good Thymes.

12. Felllowship
     Following the business meeting and lunch, door prizes and 
     conversation were enjoyed.

13. Adjournment
     Vel adjourned the business meeting at 1:10 pm.
