3. Minutes of Previous Meeting
    The minutes of the last meeting have been posted on the web page and a
    copy was available.

4. President’s Report
Vel highlighted the activities of the provincial RTAM on the COLA issue, and noted the political action requested by all members when meeting candidates in The Pas riding. She reminded members of the list of questions mailed to RTAM members for use in meeting this objective. Vaughn reported on recent Pension Task Force activities.

5. Secretary-Treasurer’s Report
Vaughn reported that the bank balance at March 31, 2007 was $152.67 which included a $5.00 membership in Westoba Credit Union. Since the last annual general meeting there has been revenue of $40 (8 fees) and expenses of $20.54 (postage). An additional $5.00 membership fee has been collected recently. No fee change was recommended.

6. TPRTA Constitution/Bylaws Amendments
Vaughn reviewed the suggested constitutional changes and reasons for these changes.
M/S V. Wadelius/L. Munro: That the recommended constitutional changes be adopted. Carried.

7. RTAM 2007 AGM
Vel and Vaughn reported on planning and activities for the RTAM-AGM to be held in The Pas on May 15-16, 2007. Donations for prizes and the raffle for the Early Years breakfast programs were noted. Special thanks to Linda Munro for the donation of a painting, and to Gladys Reynolds for the care products basket. Local RTAM members were encouraged to attend. One can register on the day of the events.

8. Election of Officers  
Nominations for all the table officers of TPRTA for the 2007 – 2008 year were opened. The following were nominated. There were no further nominations. The positions were acclaimed as follows:

On behalf of those assembled, Vaughn thanked Vel for her services as President during the previous year.

9. Future Meetings
     The four 2007-08 meetings will be held at the call of the president.

10. Work Bee  
   Following  the formal part of the meeting, a work bee to prepare grab bags
   and AGM folders was undertaken.

11. Adjournment
     The business meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
